Laser Shaft Alignment Services
Bearing life can be extended exponentially by proper precision shaft alignments.
L10 = bearing lifetime in million turns
C = a constant that depends on the bearing type
P = bearing load as the sum of radial + axial forces
Doubling the force reduces bearing life to 1/8th, 3 times the forces reduces service life to 1/27th of the original lifetime.
